Victorian Japanese Privacy Screen

A fine quality and striking late 19th century privacy screen, set with bone and mother of pearl flowers, foliage and birds. The rich lacquered backdrop is detailed with subtle black foliage and flowers. The corner brackets are of engraved metal which appears to be Nickel The hinges have a double fold which enables you to show either side. There are signs of restoration mainly to the lower panels but overall it is in very good condition. SKU.G.194
