Billing terms and conditions:
Our goods are delivered from free within UK mainland by ourselves or trusted antique couriers. Areas North of Aberdeen may incur an additional charge so please enquire if you are in any way unsure. For other areas we provide quotes on a case by case method, this is due to varied nature of our goods and we use specific carriers for certain goods to ensure they reach you in the condition they left us.

Our shipping agent for small items and for outside the UK is DHL and are sent with the DHL air freight service which includes tracking. Deliveries usually take 8-10 working days and any customs, duty or taxes the item may receive are payable by the customer.

As members of LAPADA witchantiques.com are committed to holding high standards of practice and thus enable you to have complete confidence in your purchases. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund (excluding RETURN transport costs), the items must be returned within 14 working days of purchase in the same condition that it left us.

All items purchased from witchantiques.com are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give all buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after receipt of the item, for a full refund less RETURN transport costs. Items are insured in transit, in the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged we would arrange return delivery and upon receiving the item issue a refund. We pack international shipments in a wooden crate and pack items carefully inside with protection to prevent damage.
