Antique Steel Cupboard

An amazing Victorian solid steel cupboard. All the finish is totally original, with numerous layers of paint bleeding through to patches of rubbed steel. Most definitely the best untouched condition we have ever handled. Being a complete one off and likely made for a specific purpose, possibly military or prison . It has been made in one piece and is riveted throughout, pre welding. Its weight is approximately half a ton. We can move it around on dolly trolleys, but please make sure it will go through doorways etc. Bring Tarzan if it’s going upstairs. We feel the cupboard itself could have many uses, certainly it would make a great wine store. If you could dream up an interior decorators delight, this would be it.
