Set of Antique Country Chairs

Circa 1830. A rare and wonderful set of 6 Ash provincial chairs. All with an amazing amount of simple turned stretchers. Eleven in total to be precise. Most country chairs that are strong and built to last such as Lancashire spindle backs will have 6 stretchers , but eleven is most definitely a first for us and other than their rustic beauty, the main reason why we purchased them. The rush seats are showing no major issues and the whole set has a good untouched patina.
